Your partner in crime and not only that. The Eberlestock LoDrag II tactical pack enables its users to operate in the harshest of conditions. The pack is a great asset in combat operations, hunting, survival or hiking. It is a quality product for any environment and any kind of weather.
The pack is made of a water-proof 420D nylon. It weighs in at about 3 kg and its load space offers as much as 39.3 l. In addition to its long service life, the pack also guarantees a comfortable wear experience. Shoulder straps as well as the back and waist belt are filled with foam. This way the pack does not put too much pressure on your body even when the load is heavy. Waist belt is removable and attaches to the pack via velcro.
The waist belt features MOLLE webbing for attaching additional equipment. The back of the backpack is reinforced with a removable polycarbonate frame, which provides rigidity and strong support. The pack's back is also designed so as to enable the circulation of air to relieve your spine. On shoulder straps there are carabiners and loops to fix your hydration tube. The buckled sternum strap is adjustable in height.
The LoDrag II features a zippered front pocket. Inside this pocket we find MOLLE webbing in the front and padding at the back. On the sides of the pack there are compression straps, external pockets for water bottles and more MOLLE webbing. At the top of the pack we find a small pocket suitable for example for a first aid kit. This small pocket contains a built-in mesh pocket for stashing your car keys or mobile phone.
The pack's main compartment has been designed in a very original way. It may be accessed in two ways. Firstly by opening the top zip, secondly by opening the zip behind the first external pocket. The main compartment is adjustable and can be split into two levels using an integrated shelf. The shelf works on the basis of velcro and does not get in the way if you do not need to use it. At the top of the main compartment we find an integrated hydration pack sleeve. Here we can comfortably stash a 2l bladder or even a 3l one with a bit of skill. The bladder can be secured with a strap, then pull the hydration tube through the hole in the pack. In the main compartment there are also two rigid pockets to stash your laptop, documents or other equipment.
Between the back and main compartment you should not overlook the rifle scabbard. The tip of the scabbard rolls up into the bottom of the pack, where you can secure it. This feature is handy when you do not plan on carrying a gun. Rifle goes inside the scabbard muzzle down. Then it can be secured with buckled straps.
