nanoSPARK™ Firestarter Exotac®

Exotac nanoSPARK is an ultra-compact firestarter designed for use with high surface-area tinders such as quickLIGHT from the same manufacturer. It can be used to light an open fire or camp stoves. 

One-hand operation

Thanks to the combination of nanoSPARK firestarter and quickLIGHT tinder you can easily start a fire even with one hand. That is especially useful in the event of an injury so you can start fire practically anytime. 

Replaceable flint 

The flint can be easily replaced by removing the brass screw inside the tinder capsule. Up to 5 extra flints (or quickLIGHT tinder) can be stored inside the tinder capsule. Fluff the quickLIGHT with a knife or pull apart with your fingers and it'll catch on the first spark.

High-spark flint wheel 

A ferrocious spark is created by Exotac custom designed flint wheel that features larger, deeper teeth. When the tinder is properly prepared the nanoSPARK's high-spark flint wheel makes for a quick light. NanoSPARK also features lanyard slot that you can also use to attach extra tinder such as a tinderZIP zipper pull.

Waterproof 

You will definitely appreciate that it is waterproof which ensures that your tinder will stay dry and ready to use. This all is provided by an o-ring in the flint retaining screw and an o-ring in the tinder capsule.
