Dried food Creamy risotto with asparagus and broccoli from the Adventure Menu will be the right meal for those who remain gourmets even under a tent or on a trek.
The dish consists of Arborio rice, which is cooked in vegetable broth with fresh asparagus and broccoli. All drenched in white wine. But we must not forget the Parmesan cheese – the vegan one – so you can imagine ground cashew nuts with BIO delicacy yeast. Who would resist?
The dried dishes from the Adventure Menu have been developed to be perfect on the road, especially when staying in nature. Thanks to this, you can count on low package weight (in this case, a dehydrated bag weighs only 124 grams) or simple preparation (just fill the package with water, regardless of whether it is hot or cold).
Fusilli with spinach and walnuts are a great way to eat on the go even for vegans – they are vegan friendly.
Adventure Menu dishes are hand-cooked and made in the Czech Republic. Only 100% natural raw materials are used for preparation. In the end, the dishes are vacuum dried, which makes them lightweight. No wonder these products were among the finalists of the Outdoor industry award 2018.
