Already this weekend, 14th to 15th September 2024, it will start to live again in Libavá. The second annual Take the Throne individual long-range precision shooting competition will take place at the Velká Střelná cooperative shooting range. The event is organized by the Military Sniper Association and Rigad has become one of the sponsors.

Speed, accuracy and maximum security

In the disciplines of the Take the Throne competition, an effort to find a balance between speed and accuracy of hitting the target at known and unknown distances is evident. Extreme emphasis is placed on the safe handling of the weapon and the shooter's cognitive capacity.

A total of 15 target situations will be prepared on site for shooting at distances from 25 to 1,000 m. The number of ammunition is limited to 100. These situations will test the shooter's ability to effectively eliminate the target within the time limit by shooting from different positions, to react operatively to situations and effectively correct the factors affecting the accuracy of shooting.

The Saturday part consists of a day and a night part. After the end of the night part, it will be possible to sleep in the area in your own tent, or to arrange accommodation in the vicinity individually.
