Protection Group® Delta IIIA+55J soft ballistics for Templar's Gear® CIBV carrier

The Danish company Protection Group, which specializes in ballistic protecti/cibv-cataphract-plate-carrier-templar-s-gearon in its portfolio, certainly doesn't stick to just its own projects. Evidence of this claim includes a range of products and accessories in the soft ballistics segment, which the Danes produce for another giant in the field, the Polish company Templar's Gear.

A total of seven ballistic plates

This particular set includes a total of seven ballistic plates for the CIBV Cataphract plate carrier. Specifically, it includes a front plate, a back plate, 2× side plates and additionally 3× neck and throat protection.

Advanced materials

While the soft ballistic set might not protect against large caliber bullets like hard plates, its certified figures are still impressive. The Delta IIIA+55J soft ballistic is 4.9 mm thin and is made from the advanced patented material Honeywell Goldshield. Protection Group manufactures its exceptionally flexible soft ballistics directly at home in Denmark, in a factory certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

High level of protection

The Protection Group Delta IIIA+55J ballistics offer protection according to the NIJ 0101.04 IIIA standard up to .44 Mag. and 9 mm calibers, and against fragments according to STANAG 2920 up to 608 m/s. It also protects against stab wounds with a knife up to 55 J (blade S1) according to NIJ 0115.00 standard. It's also worth mentioning that the ballistics are sealed in waterproof TPU covers, protecting them from the adverse effects of liquids including water and sweat.
