AKU Tactical® Selvatica GTX® Boots - black

AKU Tactical Selvatica GTX, this is footwear designed for SWAT units and multi-terrain activities. The boots are ideal for rapid movement, while providing the user with maximum comfort. They are light weight, breathable and provide an unmatched dynamic support at the upper part as well as on the sides. Bearing ribs are treated with a polyurethane film. Their sole was developed using the AKU Elica Natural Stride System technology in order to optimize their biodynamic efficiency.

Technology of comfort

The anatomical design of the boot fits closely to the foot to provide you with stability and support when walking on a rough terrain. Comfortable walking is ensured by an EVA foam midsole and a lasting board featuring a combination of 2mm thick polyurethane and EVA foam. The tip features a rubber rand making it extra durable providing even more protection to your foot. Moreover the boots boast with Gore-Tex membrane making the boot breathable, wind-resistant and water-proof, but also a specially developed Air 8000 technology which facilitates even more breathability. The rubber outsole is equipped with the Selvatica Megagrip anti-slip texture with Vibram logo, a company that developed this sole technology and whom AKU Tactical works with closely. This type of sole facilitates higher traction power when in contact with the surface. The OrthoLite lasting board provides anti-microbial properties, is breathable and ensures optimum impact absorption. The lacing is designed for round laces using closed eyelets. On the back, there is a large loop / hold to put them boots on easy. The tongue is also equipped with a large loop for easy manipulation.
