AKU Tactical® Pilgrim DS Boots – desert beige

AKU Tactical Pilgrim DS are versatile footwear with outstanding properties; mainly their high breathability, foot support and shock absorption. These boots have been developed for desert areas, but they adjust well during long hikes that present a lot of stress to your feet. They are ideal for transport of heavy loads as well as strenuous missions up in the mountains and so on.

Comfort of your feet is everything

The anatomical design of the boot fits closely to the foot to provide you with stability and support when walking on a rough terrain. The upper boot is made from sturdy suede, natural leather, to protect the boot from wearing a hole. Comfortable walking is ensured by an EVA foam midsole made using AKU IMS 1, a technology facilitating shock absorption during walking and running etc., the foot also does not slip and pressure is distributed evenly. The tip features a rubber rand making it extra durable providing even more protection to your foot. The boots also boast with the specially developed Air 8000 technology making them even more breathable. The rubber outsole features an anti-slip texture and Vibram logo, a company that developed this sole technology and whom AKU Tactical works with closely. The lacing is designed for round laces using closed eyelets, most of them leather, only the two upper pairs are metal.
