Unique drying technology and sterilization

In the production of portions of food packed for travel, the company Adventure Menu uses a unique drying technology developed in-house, which saves approximately 30% of energy compared to classic lyophilization (freeze drying). When making individual portions, Adventure Menu takes care to use quality ingredients and traditional food preparation methods.

Just pour water

During preparation, all you have to do is cover the food from the Adventure Menu with water in the original packaging - there is even a line for the optimal amount of water in it. In addition to warm water, you can also use cold water for watering and then perform self-heating. The food is vacuum packed and, as long as you don't open it, it will last for several years from the date of manufacture. And what's more, it's cooked in the Czech Republic.
