The Thermacell Insect Repellent System is simply genius. The combination of a gas filling with a repellent pad in a special Thermacell repellent provides long-term protection against mosquitoes and other annoying insects. Of course, we also offer spare refills that you can buy as a precaution.

Ecological solution

Thermacell repellent systems are an ecological solution, because although they contain the synthetic active ingredient (active substance) D-trans-allethrin, which belongs to the pyrethroid group, it is synthetically adapted to pyrethrin, which is a natural biocide that is contained in the seed pods of the dalmatian chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum cineriaefolium).

Replacement active pads

The active ingredient in one replacement pad for Thermacell repellent solution stays active for up to four hours. Which means the 12 pieces in the M-48 set will last you up to 48 hours. The advantage is that you don't have to use the pads all at once, but when you don't need them for a long time, you can store them for later. The M-48 variant is only compatible with the MR-BP camping repellent device!
