Rechargeable 

As with the others Black Diamond headlamps,also Spot 400-R is powered with integrated 1500 mAh Li-ion battery with micro-USB charge port. Moreover, integrated battery meter display shows % of power remaining.

Headband from recycled materials 

Headband is made of recycled elastic material featuring comfortable next to skin Repreve fiber construction. The headlamp itself is then IP67 weatherproof-tested. It means, for example, that it can operate at least 1.0 meters underwater for 30 minutes.

Technology PowerTap

Spot 400-R features PowerTap Technology which allows instant adjustment between max output and dimmed power. The settings then include full strength in proximity and distance modes, dimming, strobe, red night-vision and digital lock mode.

Brightness memory 

Brightness memory, which is feature of Black Diamond R-series hedlamp, allows you to turn the light on and off at a chosen brightness without reverting back to default setting.

Optical efficiency lens technology

Black Diamond Spot 400-R hedlamp uses multifaceted optical efficiency lens technology, which means it is highly efficient. The headlamp offers 400 lumen max output and the max distance is 100 meters.

Digital lock mode
