Protection Group® Delta IIIA+55J soft ballistics for Templar's Gear® Throat panel

The Danish company Protection Group, which specializes in ballistic protection in its portfolio, certainly does not stay only with its own projects. Evidence of this claim includes a range of products and accessories in the soft ballistics segment that the Danes produce for another giant in the field, the Polish company Templar's Gear.

One specialized ballistic plate

This particular variant includes one specialized plate for the additional panel for Templar's Gear Ballistic Protection (Throat) plate carriers, which protects the wearer's neck and throat.

Advanced materials

The soft ballistic set might not protect against large-caliber bullets like hard plates, but its certified data is still impressive. The soft ballistics Delta IIIA+55J is 4.9 mm thin and made from the advanced patented material Honeywell Goldshield. Protection Group manufactures its highly flexible soft ballistics directly at home in Denmark, in a factory certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

High level of protection

The Protection Group Delta IIIA+55J ballistics offers protection according to NIJ 0101.04 IIIA standard up to calibers .44 Mag. and 9 mm, and further against fragments according to STANAG 2920 up to 608 m/s. It also protects against knife stabs up to 55 J (blade S1) according to NIJ 0115.00 standard. It is also worth mentioning that the ballistics are sealed in waterproof TPU covers that protect them from the adverse effects of liquids including water and sweat.
