This model has rubberized temples and nose pads, which ensure a slip-free and comfortable fit.

Additionally, the WX OZONE has a CLICK A.I.R (Air Intake Regulator) gasket, with a quick-click ventilation system, making it possible to ventilate and eliminate fogging.

Different lenses 

Model Ozone offers possibility of different lenses, depending on environments. 

Captivate Polarized Blue Mirror, or Polarized Grey - with these lenses, the reflection of blue light (HEV) off water is reduced. Moreover, they equalize the visible light spectrum to help light enter the eye more uniformly; keep most colors neutral, while enhancing greens; and they reduce glare across reflective surfaces. They are designed for deep water fishing, general daytime outdoor activities and general day driving.

Silver Flash - some of the darker lenses at Wiley X. The grey lenses are covered with a multi-coated Z-Oxide mirror, which all in all reduces glare, making them excellent on bright days. They absorb all colors equally, preserving the same color perception as without sunglasses.

Multilayer polarized lenses 

Thanks to Wiley X’s Filter 8™ polarized lens technology, the Wiley X polarized lenses will reduce glare off water and other light colored surfaces like no other polarized lens. The technology consists of 8 layers. Wiley X Filter 8™ polarized lenses prevent eye fatigue and diminished vision, which can have critical effects. It is innovative technologies like these that make Wiley X the obvious choice during all water activities.

Eye and lens protection 

CAPTIVATE™ Polarized lenses achieve a Bayer 7 rating for scratch resistance. CAPTIVATE™ Polarized eyewear is the only contrast enhancing eyewear that meet the EN.166 and ANSI Z87.1 safety standards. Can be made with prescription lenses.

Oleophobic coating 

Wiley X utilizes a proprietary oleophobic coating on all CAPTIVATE™ Polarized lenses to create a smoother lens surface, which helps to keep dust, dirt, oil, snow, and water from sticking to the lens. This in turn helps prevent smudging and water spots, making the lenses much easier to clean than an uncoated, standard lens.
