How to prepare it 

1) Open the top and shape the base and the top of the bag. Twist/click off the spout cap and pour in 250 - 350 ml hot water and close the zipper.

2) Brew for 4 - 6 minutes (mild - strong) 

3) Serve two cups of delicious coffee 

Cocafcal

Cocafcal is located in the west of Honduras in the buffer zone of Celaque National Park. Cocafcal was founded in 1999, by 55 members and today they operate in 12 communities (in San Pedro, Copan a Corquin) that run projects that benefit thousands of people. Each individual coffee is roasted in a micro roaster according to the principles of slow roasting. Sustainability is the key word for the active members of the cooperative, who are dedicated to growing sustainable coffees.
