Originally the machine company AREX celebrated in 2020 its 25 anniversary. To celebrate their founding they merged with Rex Firearms and got not only a new name AREX DEFENSE, but also a new look reflecting their new identity in the arms industry.

AREX was known for their high-quality and precise work in the field of engineering already. Thanks to innovation and creative engineering they began to specialize primarily in the production of self-loading fire-arms. AREX Defense produces pistols with identically double-sided controls and internal construction, but the individual models differ in external dimensions, length and mainly in the capacity of the magazine.

9 mm Luger pistols are sought after all over the world in particular by the armed forces. Life of more than 30,000 rounds meets strict military standards for reliability; it also passed tests in extreme temperatures, demanding environments and impact resitance tests. 

Top quality and high reliability of products have got the company AREX DEFENSE to the American market. Almost 50% of the products are intended for third-party defense companies from the arms industry companies in Europe.

AREX DEFENSE is a trusted partner within the European defense industry proven by ISO certification and AQAP procedures. Therefore, the company can supply, for example, the Slovenian Ministry of Defense, the Customs and Prison Administration, or some police units in Poland.

Control of the quality and logistic is ensured with own resources. Thanks to the engineering know-how they got indepence to perfection by making their own tools and production lines for the production of ammunition, that are designed so uniquely, so they are sold and installed as seperate items nowdays.
