Agilite® K-ZERO Plate Carrier

The K-ZERO Plate Carrrier is a brand new product that was introduced at ShotShow 2023 in Las Vegas. Its manufacturer, Israeli company Agilite, talks about it as the most comfortable low-profile plate carrier on the market. It’s the only plate carrier in its category designed directly with both Israeli and US Special forces. K-ZERO fix all of the comfort and functionality of its predecessors.

Lower profile does not have to be uncomfortable 

Over the last decade, we have witnessed the trend of making low profile plate carriers. But such solutions were at the expense of comfort. K-ZERO is still low-profile, but built to be more comfortable than competitive products, whether used for practise or fully up-armored and worn for entire days.

Patented V design

So called „V“ design, Agilite proprietary design spreads the weight over 8 different suspension points. This means there are zero hot spots onto the bearer's body. Low profile closed cell padding is strategically placed and provides an unprecedented amount of comfort, without adding bulk.  

Universal 

This plate carrier comes with a one-size fits all low profile cummerbund so it guarantees a perfect fit and you can even adjust it by yourself on the go while wearing it. It really is incredibly versatile. In the front it allows you to switch between either velcro flaps or quick release buckles. It offers both internal and external mounting options. 

Even for heavier loads 

K-ZERO plate carrier is suitable even for heavier loads and for this purposes is compatible with the Agilite Warfighter Cummerbund or any other hook and loop based cummerbund. 

Sophisticated cable management 

Compared to most of the plate carriers, the K-ZERO comes with well-thought-out and detailed cable management including management kit. This gives you the ability to set up your cables and hydration tubes exactly how you’d like them.

One-size fits all 

K-Zero has a one-size fits all cummerbund and will fit all body types perfectly. Moreover, rear loop back flap is compatible with the Agilite Warfighter Cummerbund or any other hook and loop based cummerbund.

For different armor plates

The only thing you need to size is the plate bag so it fits the armor plates you are planning to put inside of it. Size Medium fits most plates including 10 x 12" , SAPI medium or smaller , size Large is for SAPI large plates or any large plates up to 10.30" x 13.25 ". Plate bags are compatible for example with SAPI, ESAPI, Shooters Cut or Swimmers Cut plate cuts.

Check the measurements

Before purchasing we recommend to measure the width,height and thickness of the ballistic plates you want to use inside your K-ZERO Plate carrier. For Medium size Plate Bag the maximum dimensions are 260x321x33mm (width,height,thickness) and for Large size Plate Bag it is 261.62x335x33 mm.
