The Czech company Redo® specializes in military backpacks, but definitely not only in them. Redo® backpacks are not only popular in the Czech army, they have their place among civilian enthusiasts of outdoor activities, who can use their products since 1992. The Prostějov company thus celebrates the 30th anniversary on the market.
Redo® (Redo, s.r.o.) based in Prostějov since 1992 supplying the equipment not only to the Czech army, but also other NATO armies. Indeed, it was one of the first companies of the former Eastern Bloc, which supplied the army equipment to the West. The main item, which is produced under the Redo® brand, are military backpacks, but there is much more that Redo® supplies to the market
In addition to the backpacks, Redo® also has other, mostly textile products in its portfolio, such as tactical and ballistic vests, pouches, cases or chest rigs. But the ballistic vests are what Redo® is currently focusing on. These vests include light and heavy ballistic vests, vests with a rapid break -up and ballistic vest with counterattack protection. Ballistic inserts meet the standards of the countries to which they are supplied.
Redo® clients include army and police forces not only from the Czech Republic, but also from Germany, Austria, Switzerland or the Netherlands. But the German army is one of the main customers, to which Prostějov company supplies products. The supplied products include vests, tactical belts, bags and more.
Czech customers
In addition to the Germans (but also the Austrians), Redo® supplies its products naturally also for the Czech Army and the Police of the Czech Republic. For development, it is important to respond flexibly to the current requirements of their customers, including special police and military units. In addition to the police, they also supply other components of the Integrated Rescue System, including firefighters and medical rescue service.
