The Sectional Rod System cleaning kit from the American company Otis Defense consists of high-quality brass components that will not scratch or otherwise damage your weapon during cleaning. It includes everything you might need to clean your .30 or similar rifles.

Comprehensive set

This comprehensive cleaning kit includes four brass rod sections (connectable thanks to the male/female 8/32 thread at the end of each section) along with a brush, mop, serrated tip and small cleaning cloth squares. This kit cleans .30, .30-06, .30-30, .303, .308, 300 Win Mag, .32 cal, 7.62mm and 8mm guns.

Chemistry for preservation

Otis Defense's Sectional Rod System also includes a protective CLP oil (Shooter's Choice FP-10 Lubricant Elite) that significantly reduces the rate of wear on your gun. It prevents friction and provides protection against water and moisture, but also against acids and alkalis. This is a long-term antioxidant and anti-corrosion protection of the lubricated surface.
