Compact, lightweight and portable

This cleaning kit is compact, lightweight and portable. And thanks to that, you can take it with you to the shooting range, for example. You can use it to clean carbon and other deposits in the bore, chamber and bolt carrier. Thanks to the packaging in a soft case, you will always have all the equipment elements neatly together.

Set components

Set includes round cotton cleaning swabs (10 pcs 5cm diameter), slotted tip, bronze bore brush for .223/5.56mm/5.7mm caliber and bore mop with diameter marked on brush stem, approx. 75 cm long Aviation grade Memory Flex cable for proper Breech-to-Muzzle cleaning, small obstruction remover or T-handle for cable.

And that's not all

However, that is far from all. The B.O.N.E. tool, which is also part of the kit, can quickly and efficiently scrape carbon deposits from the breech, bolt carrier and hammer. The other elements of the kit are just to name a few: chamber brush 0.223 cal/5.56 mm, punch, end brush, scraper, straight and bent mandrel, scraper with locking lug and short AP brush and bar handles for more precise cleaning.

Chemistry for preservation

Otis Defense's MSR kit also includes a protective CLP oil (Shooter's Choice FP-10 Lubricant Elite) that significantly reduces the rate of wear on your gun. It prevents friction and provides protection against water and moisture, but also against acids and alkalis. This is a long-term antioxidant and anti-corrosion protection of the lubricated surface. As an accessory, there is also a microfiber gun cloth.
