Mechanix Wear® Specialty Vent Gloves

The Mechanix Wear^® Specialty Vent are perforated protective tactical gloves with enhanced hand ventilation. Thin material in the palm ensures great feel when operating weapons and other devices. They are great for the military, law enforcement and sport shooters.

Cooling and functional

Extremely warm to hot and moist conditions may cause our hands to sweat, losing our comfort as well as control over manipulated equipment. These special shooters' protective gloves provide sufficient cooling by enabling evaporation and their overall design facilitates an excellent air circulation. This is ensured by a breathable mesh combined with the thin perforated palm - mere 0.6mm thick, and ventilated fingers – ventilation is placed between the fingers and on the top of the middle finger. The gloves are touch screen compatible so there is no need to take them off each time you need to use your phone or tablet. On the inside of the thumb, there is a microfleece panel to wipe that sweat off of your forehead.

Elaborated and comfortable

The closure features a low profile TPR band with hook and loop for secure fit. Anatomical seams correspond with the natural hand curvature giving the gloves a perfect and comfortable fit. Elastic and flexible finger knuckles enable great dexterity. In the wrist area there are nylon loops if you needed to attach the gloves to your gear and to help you put them on.

Protection to standards

The gloves provide quality protection in accordance with EN 388:2003 on resistance to mechanical risks. During the testing, the following levels of protection have been set down conforming to the standards: 3, 1, 2 and 1 (resistance to abrasion, cut, tear and pierce). The gloves also boast with the CE certificate approved for the EEC countries.
