The Ostrava store is open again!

We have great news for all our customers, supporters and friends (not only) from Moravia – the Rigad store in Ostrava has been open again since last week! Moreover, in a new and even better coat. So don’t hesitate, visit us at Hlučínská and ride with us on a wave of optimism!

The new year brings new beginnings. If you follow our social networks (and if not, quickly click on @rigadcz and @rigad_gear on IG so you don’t miss out on news and interesting events), you will surely have noticed that our store in Ostrava is open again after a few months and our services are fully available.

Back after the floods

The history of our youngest store is short, but it is already starting a very interesting story. We officially opened it for the first time in June 2024. But as it often happens, life sometimes has a strange sense of humor…

And so everything went smoothly – until the September floods, when the swollen Odra broke the dam and hit not only a large part of the city (and of course the entire republic) with full force, where it completely paralyzed life for some time, but also our store. Not only the brand new interior suffered extensive damage, but also most of the stored and newly smelling equipment, and you can probably imagine the whole mess from then on. This is what it looked like here during the floods and reconstruction…

But we are not here to give up easily. Where there is a challenge, there must be a way. And so, after a complete renovation, a lot of help from many skilled hands and many ups and downs, we are back for you again – in a new and even better design!

On 300 m², pleasant spaces full of first-class tactical and outdoor equipment, weapons and shooting supplies await you. And also our friendly and helpful staff, who will help you with anything. Our store simply has a soul – like Ostrava itself.

So come visit us at Hlučínská and celebrate this comeback with us. And what do we wish you for the new year? For example, successfully overcoming all the challenges that life brings with it. We will equip you for them :-)
