Combat Kukri is about 20% smaller versions of legendary Ka-BAR® 1249 Kukri Machete.
This machete has undergone terrain tests with excellent results, whether it is chopping or other use. Kukri has been traditional weapon as well as a symbol of Nepalese gurkhhas (British Empire Fighters) for 150 years.
Kukri blade with 20-degree edge angle. The blade is curved and widens toward the tip. This shifts the center of gravity forward, making it easier for work.
The blade is made of stainless steel 1095 Cro-Van of hardness 56-58 HRC.
The blade has a black coating eliminating unwanted reflections and preventing corrosion.
There is a KA-BAR OLEAN NY logo on the blade.
Ergonomic handle made of high-quality and durable Kraton G® - sweat, water, chemicals, wear resistant material with anti-slip properties and grooving.
The machete is provided with a guard- protection against slipping fingers on the blade.
The guard and butt cap are metal and powder coated.
Machete comes with a durable and robust nylon belt sheath, reinforced with Kydex from the inside. The sheath is secured by snap button fasteners and also has additional pocket for BK 13 knife or similar (not included) or other accesssories.
