Laser engraving service description

Would you like to engrave a personal identity onto purchased products?

You can order laser engraving for selected products, making the product uniquely personalized. Thanks to our laser engraving, it is not a problem to engrave an image or a name on a thermos. On dog tags, you can engrave a blood type or a unique image on weapons. Your items will become part of personal identity thanks to simple laser engraving, which we customize according to specific customer wishes.

How to order laser engraving?

• check "Laser Engraving" on the product detail page
• then click "Add to Cart"
• you will enter the configurator where you select the type of engraving and specify all the details

What happens after ordering?

As soon as we receive the order, we will call you to clarify all the details. Subsequently, we will send you an email summarizing the order. If everything is as you envisioned, send the email back to us to confirm the order.

How long will the engraving take?

We engrave in Olomouc, and the processing time depends on two aspects

• if the goods are in stock in Olomouc
• whether you want them delivered or will pick them up in Olomouc personally

If the goods are in stock in Olomouc, the engraving will take 1 - 2 working days.

What if the goods are not in stock in Olomouc?

• we will transfer the goods from Semily to Olomouc, where we will engrave them for you
• we will either send the goods to your address, or you will pick them up in Olomouc depending on what you chose when ordering
• this process takes about 5 working days

Notice

• it is not possible to return (withdraw from the contract) or exchange goods for which you have ordered the laser engraving service
• we reserve the right not to accept an order for an engraved image if the text or meaning of the image is offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable
