Holosun® SCRS RD open micro sight

The SCRS RD open micro reflex sight from the traditional manufacturer of weapon optics Holosun is designed for long weapons, and the user does not have to worry about any compromises with it. Solar charging rifle sight

The abbreviation SCRS stands for solar charging rifle sight. The solar charging technology was adopted from the SCS pistol sights, which also became highly successful thanks to it. In this case, however, it is a solution for long guns, while the ultra-compact dimensions (with a tube diameter of 20 mm) remain.

Advanced solar system

The Holosun SCRS RD micro reflex sight uses an advanced solar system that takes technology from the SCS range of pistol sights. This consists in powering the sight using a rechargeable battery, which in turn is charged directly from the solar panel. This makes the battery life essentially infinite, although of course a slight drop in capacity over time must be taken into account. Even so, the reflex sight with this solution will work for you for many, many years.

Automatic and manual mode

The SCRS reflex sight model is equipped with a manual mode, which allows the user to control the intensity of the pattern in its full range. On the other hand, we also have an automatic mode, which uses an intelligent algorithm that can use light direction sensors to determine where you are aiming with the reflex sight and adapt the ideal intensity for the dot/pattern to that.

Aiming dot 2 MOA

The reticle uses a 2 MOA red dot, for which you can choose from 12 brightness intensities, two of which are intended for night vision. Regulation takes place automatically or manually (see above). The last setting before switching off is retained thanks to the integrated memory.

Quality workmanship

It goes without saying that the reflex sight of the Holosun brand is also in this case high-quality workmanship, which is emphasized by titanium as the material used. The aspherical glass used does not distort the image, and the SCSR RD model is traditionally without parallax and with unlimited eye relief.
