The abbreviation MCDU in the name of these trousers from the renowned Polish manufacturer Helikon-Tex stands for "Modern Combat Duty Uniform". In short, these tactical pants have been developed in such a way that they will not disappoint even in the most demanding conditions.
As the basic material of these pants, the manufacturer chose a mixture of cotton and polyester in Ripstop treatment, which is resistant to tearing and abrasion. And if by chance a crack does occur, it does not spread further thanks to the special bond of the material. Additionally, the finish is available in a variety of colors and camouflage patterns.
In strategic places, namely in the waist, in the crotch and on the back of the knees, the manufacturer used inserts made of Versastretch material. This material has the advantage that it dries quickly and boasts high breathability. The knee area is further reinforced with 500D Cordura fabric with holes to insert knee pads. You can adjust the pants to your legs thanks to the drawstrings below the knee and at the very bottom.
The design of the trousers was inspired by the look of the Polish uniform, which was developed in the late 1950s. A total of 12 pockets facilitate the logical organization of tactical gear. Other tactical elements include belt loops with a width of up to 40 mm. The trousers are also suitable for long walks, even on warm days, thanks to the long side ventilation holes made of mesh with a zip fastening.
