However, in Italy, this brand supplies items such as backpacks to the Italian army. For example, the cooperation resulted in a backpack called Multiuse - originally designed for deployment in international missions.

Since August 2007, Defcon 5 has been included in the list of authorized NATO dealers, meaning that products are controlled and tested to meet military requirements as closely as possible.
