The Magpul Ranger Plate is a replacement for the standard solution of the floorplate for the current version of aluminium 30-round USGI magazines. It includes an integral loop, boot lock and magazine identifier.
For tactical magazine change
Once the Ranger Plate is installed on the magazine base, it offers the shooter unparalleled speed and controllability during a tactical magazine change under high stress. The loop itself is made of patented Santoprene material, with a layer molded over a stainless steel plate. The patented design is based on proven solutions used by special combat units around the world.
