The French company Bollé is one of the top manufacturers of safety glasses, which it added to its range as early as the 1950s. Viper glasses are historically the oldest model in its portfolio, i.e. from those that are still produced today. Because what is of good quality and functional does not need to be improved too much.
In addition to being the oldest Viper in Bollé's range, they are also the most widely used. They offer their wearers quality and a wide view, and thanks to the adjustable temples, they sit perfectly on the face. Viper safety glasses are made of durable polycarbonate and fitted with a black nylon frame. Included in the package is an adjustable sports strap for a firm fit on the head.
Viper glasses are equipped with a surface treatment against UV radiation, which is recommended especially in places with sources of ultraviolet radiation and for working outdoors. The EN 166 standard guarantees protection against 100% of ultraviolet solar radiation. Surface protection against fogging removes the effect of moisture condensation at high temperature differences or in frames without ventilation.
The surface finish further protects the Bollé Viper glasses from scratches. It acts as a protective shield that increases the resistance of the lenses and reduces the formation of scratches. The positive consequences are the extension of the lifespan of the lenses, an increase in user comfort and the elimination of scratches that would impair vision.
