BOLLÉ® AXIS Safety Glasses

The Axis safety glasses by the French Bollé^® Safety feature a wide range of protective and innovative technologies. They are work glasses suitable for a long-time use.

Sturdy yet flexible

Axis feature highly durable polycarbonate 2.4mm lenses. 2 anti-slippery temples hold the glasses reliably where they should be. They are not the classic temples, though. Pivoting temples – pivoting hinges enable the adjustment of the temple angle so as to fit on every face. Moreover, the temples feature a revolutionary TIPGRIP B-Flex technology providing great flexibility and making the glasses soft, light-weight and pliable, they are fully adjustable too. All this thanks to the materials used. The user comfort is further facilitated by a non-slip, adjustable bridge designed to fit on every nose.

Wide range of protection

Blurry vision due to the lenses fogged-up with condensing moisture is now a history. This applies also at wide temperature differences of ambient environment. The anti-fog protective coating ensures an undisturbed vision for maximum comfort at work.
Thanks to the anti-scratch surface coating will the lenses stay free from scratches.
The anti-static coating makes maintenance easier and provides better protection by keeping the glass surface slithery. The lenses do not catch dust particles thus enhancing the vision comfort in dusty environments.
The upper protection prevents debris from entering the glasses.
Smoke lenses conforming to EN 172 guarantee 99.99 % UV protection, which makes the glasses suitable for working outside. The EN 172 regulation applies to safety glasses for industrial use, not regular sunglasses, which are specified in a different regulation.

Cleaning and maintenance

Lenses should be cleaned on a regular basis. Bollé^® Safety recommends using only the Bollé^® B-clean cleaning system.
If lenses get scratched or otherwise damaged, the entire product must be replaced. If the frame gets damaged, the entire product must be replaced.
After use, it is recommended to keep the glasses inside the microfibre bag or rigid case (case and bag are sold separately).
All Bollé^® products must be stored in a dry and clean place.
