Unity Tactical® FAST™ Optic Riser Adapter

The FAST Optic Riser adapter from Unity Tactical elevates the position of weapon optics (red dot reflex sights) that are mounted directly on the rail. It raises them from the standard 1/3 lower co-witness position on the Picatinny rail to a 2.26" optical centerline.

Picatinny rail raised up

This adapter essentially raises the Picatinny 1913 rail higher. It allows for direct attachment of optics from various manufacturers, namely EOTech EXPS, Vortex UH-1 and other optics originally mounted as 1/3 co-witness. The advantage of the FAST Optic Riser adapter is also the fact that it can be combined with any mount for the FAST FTC (Flip-to-Center) magnifying module series.

Standard and extra versions

In its standard version, the FAST Optic Riser adapter comes with a rail clamp with two cross bolts; alternatively, it can be equipped with a FAST QD (Quick Detach) lever for quick removal. (Note: for installing optics at absolute co-witness height, you will need the FAST Absolute Riser.)

Faster aiming

Compared to standard height mounts, the FAST optical solutions from Unity Tactical provide users with a quicker sight picture, or aiming, respectively. When using FAST series mounts, most optics are mounted at a 2.26" optical centerline from the rail. This allows you to visually process the environment quicker with a raised head, which is ergonomically the correct position for these purposes.

Compatibility with other equipment

The FAST mounts are also compatible with other equipment. This allows you to evaluate the position of the dot or reticle more quickly when simultaneously using night vision goggles (NVG), protective masks, plate carriers and other equipment.
