Tasmanian Tiger Medic Mascal IRR is a rescue backpack for simultaneous treatment of several injured persons. TT Medic Mascal Pack IRR is used for the initial and basic treatment of injured persons, for example in the event of a mass accident, if these persons cannot be treated individually at the time. In this variant, it is made of Cordura material with IRR treatment.
This backpack is a suitable part of the equipment of civilian and military medics in case they get into a mass casualty where they have to act efficiently and operatively. Mascal is short for Mass Casualty, a name that speaks for itself.
The material used (Cordura nylon) meets the high military standards of the German Bundeswehr TL 8305-0278 for IRR (Infrared reflective) treatment, which is a treatment that reflects infrared light. Thanks to this, the backpack is also very suitable for tactical use.
The Tasmanian Tiger Medical Mascal Pack is equipped with a number of practical pockets, including a case for scissors or four IFAK pockets on the front, which are removable thanks to the MOLLE quick-release system. Laser-cut MOLLE webbing is also found on important attachment surfaces.
