TacMed Solutions, LLC produces solutions whose purpose is to equip, train and protect those who save lives. Individual TacMed products are designed for survival, especially in field conditions, and at the same time designed to be as effective as possible. The first product of the brand was the SOF^® Tourniquet, which was first deployed in Afghanistan and replaced the solution that the US army used already during World War II.

Even for civilians

However, TacMed products are not only intended for the police, army and medics - even though they are primarily for them - but also for laymen and civilians who want a professional solution for their first aid. The purpose of all products is to improve the ability to survive in crisis situations.

TacMed develop and produce their own technologies for reaction to emergencies, advanced simulation and training aids as well as personal aids that can help manage various injuries even in a demanding or hostile environment.

Expansion of range and portfolio 

Between 2003 and 2007, TacMed Solutions, LLC, were purely American, but in 2007, they began to offer their products for the first time abroad, specifically in Canada. A year later already, the company added other products to their SOF^® TOURNIQUET. And while initially focused mainly on the army, later began to focus also on members of the Integrated Rescue System from medical staff to firefighters to help them increase the efficiency on their everyday missions.

Further development of new products

In 2012, TacMed's first aid set (so -called traumatic set) appeared to simplify access to life -saving products in public areas from stadiums to hotels and churches. In the following years, the development team also focused on adapting products to the needs of specific customers, for example, members of state institutions or police forces. 

TacMed Solutions, LLC continues to focus on the development of new products that allows security and rescue units to do what they can do best - to save lives.
