Snugpak® Ebony Insulated Jacket- olive green

The Ebony Insulated jacket is one of Snugpak's warmest winter models. It uses top technologies Paratex Micro, Paratex Light and Softie Premier insulation. It has excellent insulating properties that will provide you with warmth and maximum comfort even in the harshest conditions.

Warmth and comfort in every situation

The thorough insulation of this jacket is a guarantee of thermal comfort even at temperatures around -10 °C. The long YKK zipper is also covered on the outside with a heat-insulating flap with snap fasteners. When it is fully closed, in combination with the adjustable hood, you get an uncompromising shield against the cold. If you don't want to use the hood, you can simply detach it using the zippers. Even in this case, however, you don't have to worry about winter. Thanks to the high collar with TS1 (Thermal Suede) lining, you will always stay warm and comfortable in the neck area.

The elastic cuffs on the sleeves and the drawstring on the lower hem of the jacket ensure that no additional body heat escapes. Two front insulated zipped pockets and a smaller chest pocket for small items on the inside are used to store things or to warm your hands. The jacket is delivered including a transport cover.

Top technology

Paratex Micro

The outer layer of the jacket is made of Paratex Micro material. It is an extremely durable fabric with a ripstop weave that is light, pleasant to the touch and highly windproof. It is also water-repellent and breathable, making it ideal for the outer shell of sleeping bags and clothing.

SOFTIE Premier

The fact that the SJ 12 jacket is a real frost breaker is mainly due to the top-quality Softie Premier filling. This synthetic insulation is the result of years of development exclusively for Snugpak and is also used in the brand's new generation sleeping bags. It retains heat even when wet, has a high loft, very fine fibers and is pleasant to the touch.

Paratex Light

This polyester fabric used on the inside of the jacket is lightweight, highly wind-resistant and exceptionally breathable, and above all, it has the ability to wick moisture away from the body.
