Oakley® Sunglasses

Oakley^{^®} was founded in USA in 1975, ie almost 50 years ago. During this almost half of the century the company got over 600 patents, mostly for eyewear innovations. Since the 80´s of the last century Oakley^{^®} cooperates with the U.S. Army and together developing solutions for soldiers to increase the level of their comfort and safety. Nowdays Oakley^{^®} is part of the Italian EssilorLuxottica.

One of the significant Oakley^{^®}products are eyeglasses, including sunglasses. Oakley^{^®} sunglasses were developed with an emphasis on high-quality and durability. These sunglasses are lightweight and designed to perfectly adapt to different face shapes. Many of the sunglasses have lenses with technologies such as High Definition Optics^{^®} for even clearer, sharper and more accurate vision or Plutonite^{^®}, that blocks 100 % of all UV rays including UVA, UVB and UVC, as well as blue light up to 400 nm.
