Ambidextrous safety ESK for AR Magpul®

ESK in the name of this ambidextrous safety selector for the AR platform means "Enhanced Selector Kit". In short, it is an improved safety selector solution that will be appreciated by both right-handed and left-handed users.

Ergonomic and configurable

The Magpul ESK safety selectors boast modern ergonomics and the ability to be configured by the users themselves. The kit includes highly durable polymer levers in three sizes (full length, short, and hybrid). These can be easily mounted by pressing the key grooves on either side. Once mounted, the selectors have zero play.

High-quality materials

The use of high-quality materials in the Magpul ESK safety selectors ensures maximum resistance to wear, abrasion, and corrosion. For this model, Magpul specifically chose machined and heat-treated chrome-molybdenum steel with QPQ finish.

Optional pin color

Customers can choose the color of the integrated pins, either black or red. These pins serve as position indicators for the selector and also as non-load-bearing secondary locks for the lever. Regarding the selector position, you can choose between two settings – the selector axis is rotatable to either a 60° or 90° position.

Easy installation

After removing the grip, the entire kit is very simple to install. To change the lever configuration, you will only need a small punch or an Allen key. The kit also includes a spring and a corrosion-resistant detent with a special coating for reduced friction. It is definitely worth mentioning that the entire kit, like other Magpul products, is made directly in the United States.

Note: The Magpul ESK kit is compatible with AR pattern pistol grips (Mil-Spec); however, it is not compatible with Select Fire grips.
