PCR means in the slang of the O.H.K. roastery "Prostě černá ranní…" ("Just a black morning...") coffee. Even though we know where the founder of the roastery was aiming with this name. He himself worked for a while in the police. And he somehow suspects that practically none of his colleagues can do without a few cups of good coffee daily.
The O.H.K PCR is a specially selected blend of some of the best coffees from the rainforest area of Cobán in Guatemala. Specifically, it concerns the departments of Alta Verapaz and Baja Verapaz. This 100% arabica is called "El Jaguar" by its processor. That's because the natural inhabitant of this area is the jaguar. And then there's the national bird of the Central American country, the quetzal.
El Jaguar coffee tastes of almonds, milk chocolate and honey. And it's suitable not only for professionals in the armed forces or integrated rescue system who might occasionally have trouble staying awake during their shift without coffee. The green coffee is processed using the wet method, and the harvest takes place from December to March.
