Magpul® MIAD® Gen 1.1 Grip Kit TYPE 2

The MIAD Gen 1.1 Grip Kit TYPE 1 from Magpul adapts to various user storage needs. It can hold a bottle of any lubricant or other liquid. The new handle core standard can fit such a bottle with a volume of approximately 15 ml.

Better adjustable size

Two interchangeable front and three rear parts are available, allowing the grip to perfectly adapt to your hand's needs. The grip angle is 25°, and the width at the widest point is 1.2" (30 mm). Thanks to its pronounced texture, the grip holds well and is made of durable polymer.

For different types of weapons

It is a snap-on alternative to the standard AR15 / AR10 handle. Type 2 uses higher rear straps and is thus optimized for specific 7.62×51 caliber front grips. Improved ergonomics ensure better weapon control. Like most other Magpul products, the MIAD Gen 1.1 Grip Kit TYPE 2 is made in the United States.

Note

This Type 2 set uses higher rear straps and is thus optimized for combination with specific 7.62×51 front grips. This includes, for example, Armalite AR-10A/B/T, DPMS LR308, KAC SR25, LaRue OBR, LMT .308 MWS, Palmetto PA10, and S&W M&P10. Some 7.62×51 variants will require a Type 1 grip (Aero Precision M5 308, CMMG Mk3, CORE Rifle Systems CORE30, HK 417/MR762A1, LWRCI REPR, Mega Arms MATEN, POF P-308, Ruger SR-762, and SIG716).
