Long tactical pants for hot weather are simply not very practical. If you need the functionality of UTP (Urban Tactical Pants), but in a shorter version, now you have this option. Helikon-Tex brings you UTS (Urban Tactical Shorts). Which is a variant without compromises in the tactical area, only shorter.

To blend in with the crowd

The cut and pocket arrangement of the Helikon-Tex UTS shorts make it easy to blend in with the crowd. It won't reveal your identity on classified missions while allowing you to carry a full set of tactical gear. You can choose from several color options so that you can coordinate the shorts with the rest of your wardrobe or with the working conditions.

Great level of customization

The elastic waistband of these shorts, complete with Velcro fastening, provides a great deal of size customization. Generous belt loops allow for combination with wide tactical belts, including those from the Polish manufacturer, such as EDC, UTL or Cobra. The cut, taken from classic blue jeans, prevents the loss of shorts even when worn in more demanding conditions.

Elastic and durable at the same time

Thanks to its material, the Helikon-Tex UTS shorts are sufficiently elastic and easy to wear. The combination of cotton with polyester and elastane ensures a high level of comfort and at the same time good moisture drainage. And we must also mention the Ripstop treatment, i.e. the resistance of the surface of the shorts to tearing or abrasion. And when the tear does occur, the crack does not spread further thanks to this modification.

Carefully designed pocket layout

The manufacturer of the UTS shorts (as well as the UTP pants) also thought of the layout of the pockets, which is carefully designed so that you can spread the equipment evenly near the center of gravity, around the waist and around the hips. Front and side pockets have reinforced edges for long-term durability even when knife clips or flashlights move while being carried.

More tactical pockets

Other tactical pockets in the Helikon-Tex UTS shorts include a pair of front pockets with Velcro closure, which are large enough to store a smartphone, as well as a larger magazine (perhaps for the AR/AK platform). And although the thigh pockets look flat, they deceive the body and make it easier to carry tactical holsters or wallets thanks to their design.
