Features

Hardness is a very decent 59 HRC, while it is not commonly welded and it is considered only slight cold workable. Good corrosion and wear resistance, easy to sharpen. It really is a material that stands on the imaginary peak of the iceberg. It is used, for example, for high end surgical tools.

DIN 1.4116 steel is used for standard knives as well. On the other hand, it should be mentioned that such quality material will result in the higher price.
