How Does the SABRE HPLC Process Work?
- A small sample is taken from each batch and prepared by dilution and double filtration.
- It’s then injected into the HPLC machine where the ingredients are separated under high pressure.
- The separated compounds are exposed to a light source and measured via fluorescence.
- The machine generates a chromatogram to visually display the concentration of each component.
- If the results aren’t within standard, adjustments are made and the batch is retested.
