It is based on a popular model

The Glock 17 Gen5 FR is based on the popular Glock 17 Gen5 FS pistol model. The common elements of both weapons include, for example, a double-sided bolt carrier or a barrel with innovations in the Glock Marksman Barrell bore.

Quality finish

On Glock pistols of the fifth generation, you will find a new surface treatment of the slide and mainly with the designation nDLC, i.e. "nano Diamond-Like Carbon". This means nano-modified carbon, which imitates diamond with its properties. Thanks to this, the surface of the gun is more resistant to abrasion and other mechanical influences.

Use even with gloves

The finger shaping has been removed from the gun frame, which means, among other things, more comfortable handling with gloves. Another ergonomic element of the weapon is the widened lower part of the magazine well, which makes it easier to insert the magazine. Another element of the FR model in common with the FS model is the so-called Front Serrations, or grooves in the front part of the slide.

Extra stuff

Additional features of the FR variant of the Glock 17 pistol include a stock cap with an eyelet or luminescent sights. The package also includes two magazines in Coyote color, thanks to which you can always be operationally ready for almost anything.
