The Gatorz Wraptor MilSpec ballistic glasses have certified ballistic protection and are thus ready for demanding missions. Right after their sales started at home in the United States, customers began to praise them, and it's no wonder. These glasses truly protect the wearer's vision not only from the sun but also from mechanical impacts.
The Gatorz Wraptor glasses were made directly in the United States, so quality is guaranteed by this fact. The aluminum frame of the glasses was precisely made using CNC machines, stainless steel rivets connect the hinges to the frame, and the glasses themselves are coated with a durable cerakote layer. During production, the quality was tested at more than 100 points.
The Gatorz Wraptor glasses use the brand's original wrap-style frame. This means they are snug and cover a large part of the eye and temple area due to the strong temples. Such a frame is often chosen by members of special units as well as police units.
The Gatorz Magnum glasses frame was the one that started the series of Gatorz models for shooters – originally specifically for American users who like larger caliber weapons. And the Gatorz Wraptor glasses successfully follow the Magnum model. Originally, this frame was designed as a tactical frame for professionals and is still used today by special forces members and "regular" police units not only in the USA but also in other countries.
The frame of the Gatorz Wraptor glasses is adjustable; specifically, the width of the central frame is adjustable. The low-profile temples and the silicone nose piece with a metal core are also adjustable. Whether you are heading to the shooting range, are a member of the armed services looking for something for action or simply need glasses for everyday wear, the Gatorz Wraptor glasses are here for you.
The Gatorz Wraptor glasses have one more significant advantage, which is meeting MilSpec standards. This model is thus officially resistant to flying fragments according to the MIL-PRF-32432A standard. It has also been tested against the effects of gunfire, specifically in .15 caliber at speeds from 700 to 725 feet per second – it can handle two shots in a row without cracking.
