FMA® Helmet counterweight case

If you have a military helmet equipped with some extra accessories on one side, then it is advisable to place some counterweights on the other side. Thanks to this, your helmet will not slide to one side in action and will be correctly balanced - exactly as it should be in a sharp operation.

Five pieces of weights

A total of five weights are included in the package of the FMA counterweight case. The maximum weight of the case with all weights is 0.3 kg, while this weight can of course be reduced as needed. One or two weights can be placed in each of the inner elastic loops of the case as needed. One weight can be supplemented with other equipment such as batteries and more.

On the back of the helmet

The FMA counterweight case mounts to the back of the helmet using anchors matched to the pre-drilled holes on the helmet, using longer ballistic screws - these are included. The anchors stay attached to the helmet, while the entire set of counterweights can be easily removed from them.

Compatible with ARC

The FMA counterweight case can be combined with any helmet that is equipped with ARC mounting bars. At the same time, the back of the counterweight case is equipped with a Velcro area, which makes it easier to find the exact position for attachment on FMA FAST series helmets.

Other equipment

The FMA counterweight kit is also equipped with a chemical light window and a Velcro patch on the so-called Glint Tape, which is a tape that allows you to identify and distinguish teammate from enemy.

To balance the helmet

Counterweights are a great way to balance the helmet when wearing night vision goggles, for example. They increase comfort when wearing the helmet for longer periods and prevent it from falling on the nose due to the weight of the night vision kit. The counterweight system from FMA is low-profile with a safe design thanks to the above-mentioned helmet attachment solution.
