Hunting knife for skinning KA-BAR® Skinner - one of the six knives of classic shape and design, which was very popular in the early 20th century.
The blade of specific shape is made of German stainless steel 4116 / DIN 1.4116 (X45CrMoV15 / X50CrMoV15) of hardness 55-57 HRC and hand-honed edge.
On the blade there is a sign / logo KA-BAR.
Shaping (curves) on the back of the blade by the handle aims not only to decorate the knife, but also functionality - a non-slip platform through which you can apply pressure to the knife and guide the knife with your thumb or forefinger.
Ergonomic handle of layered, polished leather.
There are finger grooves on the underside of the handle.
The knife is provided with a simple guard- protection against slipping fingers on the blade.
The guard and metal butt cap are made of brass.
The knife comes with robust and durable leather belt sheath.The sheath is secured by snap button fastener. KA-BAR® logo on the sheath.
