The glasses are constructed to protect your sight not only from harmful radiation, but from mechanical damage as well. They are thoroughly tested in accordance with the ANSI and EN 166 standards. In one of the tests, they need to endure an impact of a 6mm 86g steel ball, shot at 162 km/h velocity. The lens must stay intact and set firmly in an undamaged frame of the glasses.

Silver grey mirrored lenses are one of the darkest polycarbonate lenses on the Wiley X offer. They are great for bright sunny days, do not distort colours and eliminate reflections. Their filter absorbs 100% of harmful UV radiation. They are a great choice for bright to dazzling light conditions. They feature a category 3 filter with 12% light transmittance. These mirrored glasses are great for outdoor activities, skiing and beach.

Brown amber lenses feature amber colour, significantly reduce bright light, increase contrast and enhance depth perception during inversion. Their polarized filter enables looking into the water, on the water or snow, which makes them great not only for outdoor activities, but also for fishing, golf or tennis and winter sports. Hydrophobic coating repels water. Their category 3 UV filter absorbs 100% of harmful UVA and UVB radiation, lenses feature 14% light transmittance.

Emerald Amber mirrored lenses feature golden - yellow colour under a multi-layer emerald blue mirrored surface. They allow for a universal use, enhance sharpness and provide comfort for the eyes all day long. They also increase contrast, reduce reflections and help attain a high visual resolution with no colour distortion at any given light conditions. The polarized filter enables to see into the water and on the water and snow, which makes the glasses suitable for outdoor activities, water and winter sports. Thanks to the T-Shell technology, the lens is outstandingly durable with an anti-scratch surface coating. Hydrophobic coating repels water. A category 3 UV filter absorbs 100% of harmful UVA and UVB radiation, lenses provide 18% light transmittance.
