Water Disinfection Tablets Micropur Forte MF 1T Katadyn®, 50 pcs

These tablets are excellent solution for water disinfection and conservation, especially when traveling. Thanks to the compact size are perfect for travel and you can pack them without any worry as they take almost almost no space in your backpack. 

Practical and simple solution 

Thanks to Katadyn Micropur Forte MF 1T tablets, you get safe water for drinking, cooking or washing dishes. The use is very simple - put tablet in the container and wait 10 minutes until the tablet has dissolved; shake well; wait another 30 - 120 minutes (depending on water pollution) before using the water. Use one Micropur Forte tablet for one litre of clear water.

Cooperation of silver ions and chlorine 

The active substances of these Katadyn tablets are silver ions and chlorine. Silver ions preserves water for up to 6 months and chlorine disinfects water. 

Safe for use in drinking water 

Silver ions can build on the cell walls of microorganisms and thus prevent them from growing. Chlorine has strong oxidizing power and effectively eliminates most protozoa and fungi as well as bacteria and viruses. All components are safe for use in drinking water.

For clear water only 

It is important to mention that these tablets are suitable for clear water only. Suspended matter of cloudy water can weaken the effect of chlorine and silver ions. For cloudy water use a Katadyn Microfilter. If the treated water has a light taste of chlorine, use Micropur Antichlor to neutralise it.

It meets legislative requirements

Katadyn Micropur Forte MF 1T meet the requirements laid down by Decree 409/2005 Coll., as well as the requirements of Act No. 258/2000 Coll. The Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic approved the introduction of the product to the Czech market as of 1.6.2009. Moreover, the product has been tested and recommended by the Czech Travelers Club.
