SOG® Salute Folding Knife

The Salute is a straight-edged compact knife suitable for a wide range of outdoorsy users as well as for tactical use and can be clipped to the belt or to the edge of the pants pocket. The Salute features a great design, but its greatest specialty is the movable thorn to open blades with one hand. By adjusting its position by scrolling through the oval opening, the user achieves a setting best correlated with the proportions of his hand.

Durable steel and fiberglass

The 92 mm long clip point blade is made of stainless steel 8Cr13MoV. When opening theknife, a multi-positional double-sided thorn integrated in a small oval hole helps the user. Once opened, the blade is secured with a simple preventer against inadvertent closing of the knife while operating the Lockback. The handle is ergonomic, carries a rough anti-slip texture and extends downwards at the end. The handle measures about 118 mm and naturally also indicates the size of the knife in the closed state. All the mentioned safety features, along with the excellent coating material and simple handle guard provide grip assurance and safe knife work.

Banners and logos

The blade bears the words SOG SALUTE, the textured words SOG on the handle, and the same words are even moulded on the attachment clip.
