Rigad® Engraving of a PICTURE

You can order laser engraving from us at Rigad as an additional service to selected products. This service includes a configurator where you can easily configure the image and other details.

When you want an original product

You can customize the selected products to your liking. Whether you want to make your own thermos thermos, gun or dog tag special and customized with a picture, we can help you. The products you purchase from us and personalize in this way become part of your personal identity. We create laser engraving according to the wishes of a specific customer.

How it works

The ordering process for laser engraving is very simple. Just check the "Laser engraving" option in the product details and then click the "Add to cart" button. You will then be taken to the configurator, where you can choose the type of engraving and other more detailed specifications of the order.

Next steps

When we process your order, we will call you and clarify all the details together. We will then send you an order summary email. If the order status is to your liking, send us an email back to confirm the order.

How long will it take

It will take us 1 to 2 working days to make the engraving, provided that the goods are in stock in Olomouc, where the engraving is taking place. We can then deliver the finished product to you or you can pick it up directly at the store in Olomouc. If the goods in question are in stock in Semily, we will forward it to Olomouc, where you can pick it up after the engraving is done, or we will send it to your address. This process takes about 5 working days.

Notice

Goods for which you have ordered a laser engraving service cannot be returned (withdrawn from the contract) or exchanged.

We reserve the right not to accept an order for an engraved image if the text or meaning of the image is offensive, discriminatory or otherwise inflammatory.
