Return procedure (withdrawal)

The customer (consumer) is legally entitled to return goods within 14 days of its receipt. You can find more detailed information (when there is a right to return goods, who pays the shipping costs when returning goods, when it is not possible to withdraw from the contract) in the terms and conditions.

How do I return my goods?

In order to process the return as soon as possible, we will need you

• The completed form (do not forget to fill in all the information)
• Goods in 100% condition with all accessories and without any sign of its use.

When sending goods, it needs to be carefully wrapped. The seller is not responsible for any damage occurred during transport.
