Petzl® Aria 2 RGB Headlamp

With the Aria 2 headlamp from Petzl, you can easily get an overview of your surroundings without being too noticeable to them. The headlamp is primarily intended for activities that, by their very nature, require you to remain inconspicuous - for example, hunting or fishing, but also observing nature.

Durable design

The Petzl Aria 2 headlamp is waterproof and generally resistant to dust, among other things. It was tested to "stay" in one meter depth of water for 30 minutes. At the same time, it maintains a light construction that does not weigh you down in any way.

White and RGB lighting

Of course, there is the classic white LED lighting, which you will use for most of your activities. In addition, however, you have RGB light available for different situations, in constant or intermittent (flashing) form. The red color facilitates night vision and ensures inconspicuousness, the green increases contrast (for example when reading a map) and the blue improves visibility in the water without disturbing the fish or the visibility of blood on the hunt.

Various power options

The Petzl Aria 2 RGB comes with three standard AAA/LR03 batteries. However, it also supports Hybrid Concept technology and is therefore compatible with the Petzl Core rechargeable battery (sold separately). The integrated battery indicator will show you the charge status every time you turn the headlamp on and off.

Simple control

The headlamp is very easy to operate with just one button. This allows you to quickly choose the lighting intensity and the color of the light. There are three intensities of classic white light, as well as maximum power, standard and maximum endurance. The headlamp is tiltable up and down thanks to the separate headlamp base. The headband is then removable and washable.

Measured according to the ANSI FL 1 standard in laboratory conditions, using the specified power source, at a specified temperature and humidity. Values may vary depending on ambient conditions, how the flashlight is used, or when other batteries are used.

Luminous flux - measurement is made between 30 s and 120 s after the lamp is switched on. Determines the maximum light output from the first switching on of the flashlight using new batteries.

Range - this is the maximum distance between the lamp and the place where the lighting is already only 0.25 lx. The measurement is performed from the first time the flashlight is turned on using new batteries. The afterglow directly depends on the brightness, but above all on the shape of the beam.

Reserve - Petzl® guarantees backup lighting outside the ANSI FL1 range. The flashlight switches to energy saving mode when 10% power is reached. The reserve provides enough light for walking. However, the light may not be sufficient for fast activities (such as running, mountain biking, skiing...).
