The American company Magpul is probably the best-known manufacturer of high-quality aftermarket accessories and add-ons for firearms. We can also speak of high processing quality in the case of a slightly different assortment, which includes the DAKA cases, including a specialized silencer cover.

For storing a silencer

This silencer cover is naturally specifically suited for transporting a noise silencer for a long firearm. The Medium variant is compatible with noise silencers for the 5.56 caliber. The cover is not intended for transporting a hot silencer immediately after shooting – the silencer needs to cool down before being put into the cover.

Well-thought-out material solution

The silencer cover, like other Magpul DAKA pouches, is created using well-thought-out technologies. We got here a high-quality Japanese YKK Aquaguard zipper, and the case itself is made from fabric filled with polymer. The individual pieces are joined together using dielectric (radio frequency) welding. Paracord 550, secured with shrink tubing, is used as the zipper pull.

Cover even for damp conditions

This cover is suitable for use in most damp environments, although it is not specifically designed for submersion in water. Further advantages include four loops for attaching a carabiner, which also serve as handles for pulling the case out of larger luggage, and a dot matrix for easy content identification.
